Returns & Warranty
1、About the return and exchange of ordinary products
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days from the day you have received your order and in its original condition.
We will refund the goods to your payment account within three business days of receiving them.
The returned amount will arrive in your account within 1-3 days, usually immediately.
Please send your package via a traceable method and contact us with your tracking number here. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and Aodethon is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
PS:Our returns are free of charge. But you need to pay for the returned freight. Please contact us by email in advance and we will provide you with the nearest return address.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
– New, unused and in original condition;
– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
Used items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned.
Refund
The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order. Restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging.
Return and Exchanges
If you wish to process an exchange only, please kindly contact us for instructions.
To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:
1) You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form.
2)We will provide you with instruction where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your order number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.
3)Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Nordace are not held responsible for any lost returns.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be credited to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
2、About the return and exchange of custom products
Refund required for personal reasons:
Orders already in production or completed need to be refunded due to personal reasons, and you need to bear the cost of the part already produced.
After-sales policy
On the off chance that you are unhappy with any of the products that you have received, you have up to 30 days from receipt of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem.
Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the aodethon team.
We will happily resend or refund that is…
A) Quality problems:
- Damage caused by the transportation process
- The physical function of the goods there is the use of failure (such as can not charge)
- Commodity size, style, material, craftsmanship, and details of the page description of the naked eye’s visible difference
B) Received goods and their own order does not match:
- The goods are not what you ordered.
- The actual order quantity does not match, under-issuance and omissions
- Missing accessories
C) Did not receive the goods:
- Courier company clearly for the lost the parcel
- Returned due to courier
If customization has been completed according to your requirements, there will be no after-sales if the situation is:
A) Image violation: Because the user’s customized goods violate laws and regulations (such as containing political propaganda, feudal superstitions, pornography, etc.) or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights and lead to the order of goods can not be issued or issued after the recovery, the above situation is not within the scope of the after-sales service
B) Personal reasons:
- The final result does not match your expectations and you do not like it ;
- After receiving the goods, the goods are damaged due to personal reasons;
- You don’t want the product after you confirm the online preview of the prototype and pay for it;
- Ordering the wrong size and process.
- The parcel was delivered but was stolen or disappeared for unknown reasons.
C) Picture design:
- Bleed line cutting error due to not uploading pictures according to the picture uploading specification of each product;
- Poor printing results due to image design problems (e.g. blurred design elements, too thin lines)
- Normal color differences due to lighting and different screen resolutions.
D) Receiving problems: Returns due to personal reasons (such as refusal to accept, overdue, unknown address, incorrect receiving information, unable to contact the recipient, etc.) do not support refunds, and the postal charges need to be supplemented.
E) Import Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the costs associated with receiving the goods and no refunds can be made for goods abandoned or rejected by the buyer.
F) Preview Issues:
- Online preview images are rendered simulations for reference only ;
- Due to the differences in different printing processes, as well as the uploaded images themselves are different, the clarity, texture, and color of the real thing can not be 100% restored in the preview image presentation ;
- If the color difference is too large, we can re-create it for you but do not accept refunds.
G) Delivery time:
- The estimated delivery time is for reference only, the actual delivery time will be affected by different products of the production process, technology, batch, machine, capacity, and other objective factors ;
- If the same order contains a variety of different processes, the actual delivery time may be delayed compared to the estimated delivery time, so the delivery time is not within the scope of the after-sales service.
How to do after-sales service
1. Please prepare your order number and take photos and video recordings of the product unboxing and the actual product.
2. Contact aodethon via email service@aodethon.com, describe your problem in detail, and send your order number and the above information to proceed with the after-sales service.
